The 27" panel – DisplayHDR 400-certified with QHD resolution and wide color space of 95% DCI-P3 and 99% sRGB – rests on housing with stand in a design inspired by the Porsche wheel. Its dynamic style is coupled with an impressive play experience. The precise, streamlined design is perfectly matched for high-performance gaming features. With a refresh rate of 170 Hz (overclocked), a response time of 1 ms, and Adaptive Sync, fast-paced gaming is possible without compromising quality. The monitor features LightFX for an even more intense experience and the feeling of immersion in the game. The stand can be rotated, swiveled, and tilted and the height easily adjusted as desired for ideal comfort even during longer games. Quickly and easily connect a range of devices to your screen, including your computer, laptop, media player, game console and more. It’s perfect for professionals as well as the most demanding home users.

HDMI

HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is supported by the current gaming consoles, current GPUs, set-top boxes, supporting the HDCP digital content protection system. HDMI 1.3-1.4b versions support up to 144 Hz refresh rate@1080p and 75 Hz@1440p, while HDMI 2.0-2.0b versions support 240Hz@1080p, 144Hz@1440p and 60 Hz@2160p (4K).

Flicker Free

AOC Flicker-Free Technology utilises a DC (Direct Current) backlight panel, reducing flickering light levels. With eye strain and fatigue absolutely minimized, feel free to enjoy those long, intense gaming sessions in comfort!

LED-backlight

AOC’s monitors use LED backlights with white LEDs to illuminate the display panel (TN, IPS or VA). Compared to old backlights using CCFL, LED backlights have much lower energy consumption and more dimming control over the brightness, and contribute to the thinness of the display.

Themed design

In the spirit of the samurai, we have engineered the G2590PX/G2 to fit the G2 vision of competitive gaming. The monitor’s slick metallic stand, with silver finish and G2 Esports art details on the front and back, reflect the dedication of both G2 and AOC to innovation and competitive performance.

RGB LIGHT FX

1ms Response time GTG - Grey-to-Grey

GtG stands for Grey-To-Grey and represents how long it takes for one pixel to change between one gray level to the next. In gaming, every millisecond counts and can be the differentiator between hitting or missing a shot. Fast response time also eliminates ghosting and motion blur.

QHD Resolution

With 2560 x 1440 resolution, Quad HD (QHD) offers superior picture quality and sharp imagery that reveals the finest details. The widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio provides plenty of space to spread out and work, plus allows you to enjoy games or movies in their original size.

Vesa Certified DisplayHDR™ 400

Even the lowest level of High Dynamic Range (HDR) feature poses a significant upgrade to common monitors. The peak luminance of 400 cd/m² enables your display to hone the picture quality with a manifold colour spectrum and more diverse contrast. IPS Panel

FreeSync Premium and G-SYNC Compatible

FreeSync Premium ensures a high refresh rate of at least 120Hz, as well as low framerate compensation for AMD graphics cards.
