Three refresh rates in one display: the new AOC GAMING CQ32G4ZA
This 31.5-inch curved gaming monitor switches between QHD at 260 Hz, FHD at 360 Hz and HD at 500 Hz, letting players match image quality and speed to the game in front of them.
Amsterdam, 06 August 2026 – AGON by AOC, the world’s leading gaming monitor brand¹, is expanding its G4 gaming line-up with the AOC GAMING CQ32G4ZA. The 31.5-inch (80 cm) curved display combines a 1500R Fast VA panel with Triple Refresh Rate technology, response times of 0.3 ms MPRT as well as up to 1 ms GtG, DisplayHDR 400 support and 95 % DCI-P3 colour coverage. It is the first AOC monitor to offer three selectable resolution & refresh rate combinations in a single display, with further Triple Refresh Rate models to follow.
One monitor for three kinds of game
Most competitive players own one display and play several genres on it, each with different demands. The CQ32G4ZA meets them with three presets that can be selected from the on-screen menu:
- QHD at 260 Hz for detail-rich titles where texture quality and draw distance matter more than raw frame rate, from large-scale RPGs and strategy games to open-world adventures
- FHD at 360 Hz for competitive shooters, where a steady high frame rate counts for more than pixel density
- HD at 500 Hz for highly competitive scenarios where achieving the highest possible frame rate takes priority over image detail
Curved for the field of view
The 1500R curvature wraps the 31.5-inch panel around the player's field of view, keeping the corners of the screen within comfortable sight lines. The Fast VA panel delivers:
- A 4,000:1 static contrast ratio and 450 cd/m² brightness
- 95 % DCI-P3 coverage
- VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified for a wider brightness range in supported games and video
- An anti-glare coating for stable image quality in bright rooms
Speed without artefacts
A 1 ms GtG pixel response time and a 0.3 ms MPRT figure suppress ghosting and motion blur, so fast movement stays legible. Adaptive-Sync synchronises the refresh rate of the monitor with the output of the graphics card, removing tearing and stuttering and holding latency down during sustained action.
Built for long sessions
Flicker-Free technology uses a DC backlight to remove the flickering that contributes to eye strain, and a software-level Low Blue Light mode reduces the blue portion of the spectrum. The stand offers 120 mm of height adjustment, tilt and swivel, and can be removed for 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting.
Connections and everyday convenience
Alongside the gaming features, the CQ32G4ZA covers the practical side of the desk:
- Two HDMI 2.0 inputs, one DisplayPort 1.4 input and a 3.5 mm headphone output
- Built-in speakers for game and system audio without reaching for a headset
- G-Menu software for adjusting monitor settings from the desktop instead of the on-screen menu

Availability
The AOC GAMING CQ32G4ZA will be available from December 2026.
