This limited warranty applies for a period that varies depending on the product type or model line. Details of the applicable warranty period are provided in the relevant warranty information. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on the proof of purchase (POP) and ends upon expiry of the applicable warranty period.
If a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be deemed to begin 3 (three) months from the date of manufacture, as indicated on the product or derived from the serial number.
Under this limited warranty, if a defect occurs and is reported within the warranty period, and the product has been used in accordance with the user manual, including use in the intended environment, the product will be serviced free of charge in accordance with this warranty.
Service options, at our discretion, may include repair or replacement with the same model or an alternative model of similar functionality, without affecting any mandatory statutory rights.
Unless otherwise specified, the term “product” refers to AOC-branded hardware (e.g. monitors or IT accessories), including original accessories, components, and pre-installed software or firmware supplied by AOC. This excludes consumables, third-party software, and services unless explicitly stated.
For purchases made by professional or commercial end-users, including businesses, organizations, resellers, or others acquiring the product for commercial purposes, the terms of the applicable sales or commercial agreement shall govern the rights and remedies of the parties,to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This limited warranty is provided on a voluntary basis by the manufacturer and applies in addition to any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws and does not replace or limit those rights.
Your warranty applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions.
Your warranty does not cover for the losses consequential in nature, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, nor compensation for activities done by yourself, such as regular maintenance, installing firmware updates or saving or restoring data.
The warranty excludes, or does not apply if:
- The proof-of-purchase has been altered in any way or is made illegible.
- The model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.
- Repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
- The defect is the result of excessive use outside the intended purpose.

- The defect is caused by connecting peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual.
- The unit has been damaged, including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation, or water (unless the user manual expressly states that the product may be rinsed).
- Normal wear and tear, or replacement of consumable parts by their nature (e.g., vacuum cleaner bags, or filter cartridges).
- The product does not function properly because it was not originally designed, manufactured or approved for use in the country where you use the product, which might occur when you imported the product.
- The product does not function properly due to problems with access to, or connection with service providers, such as interruptions in the access networks (e.g., TV cable, satellite or internet), faults on the subscriber's or the correspondent's line, local network fault (cabling, file server, user's line) and faults in the transmission network (interference, scrambling, faults or poor network quality).
Once a product is no longer covered by the applicable warranty, service options may still be available.
Out of warranty services are carried out by Certified/Authorized Service Partners. These service providers operate independently and may provide an assessment and a repair cost estimate upon request. Repair costs are determined following inspection and may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the parts required.
AOC does not schedule or manage out of warranty repairs directly but can provide contact details for service partners, after which you may contact the service provider directly, and any service agreement will be concluded directly between you and the respective service provider.
You may also choose to use a repair provider outside AOC’s authorized service network. Please note that AOC does not evaluate or monitor third-party providers outside its authorized network and cannot assume responsibility for the quality, timing, or outcome of such services.
Repair services and spare part availability may be subject to local conditions and product availability, including limitations based on the country where the product was originally sold.
Products covered under the applicable warranty are serviced in accordance with the warranty terms. Where applicable, parts may be provided as part of the warranty service and are not charged separately. Where a spare part request may relate to a warranty-covered claim, please contact us through one of our available support contact options.
Spare parts requests that fall outside the scope of a warranty-covered claim are handled as out of warranty. This includes requests made after the warranty period has expired, as well as requests made during the warranty period where parts are required due to customer-induced damage, including loss, breakage, accidental disposal, or the request for an additional part.
Spare parts are available through our service partners:
Businesses: https://www.aswo.com/
Consumers: https://aoc.sparepartservice.shop/eshopmvc/countryselect
Availability of spare parts may vary depending on product lifecycle, technical feasibility, and regional supply conditions.
Our displays are manufactured in accordance with applicable industry standards for pixel performance.
If the number of pixel defects exceeds the applicable threshold, the product may be eligible for service under warranty.
For detailed information on pixel defect thresholds and applicability, please refer to the documentation provided together with your product or available for download on the product page for your model.
FAQ
Monitors
If horizontal or vertical lines appear on your screen, this may be related to connection or signal issues. Please ensure that:
- All of the connections are direct without adapters, extension cables, or docking stations
- Unplug your AOC monitor from the main power socket.
- Wait for a few minutes.
- Reconnect the monitor to the main power socket.
- Try a different cable to ensure the one you are using is not faulty.
- Additionally, you could try a different connection type (for example, instead of HDMI, use DisplayPort)
- Change your source, if possible, to a different one using the OSD (on-screen display) menu.
- You can open the OSD menu > (input > choose a different. source.
- Try connecting your AOC monitor to a different device to check if the lines are still visible.
If the power indicator flashes between green and orange while nothing appears on the screen, the monitor may not be receiving a valid video signal. Please try the following:
- Ensure the video cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
- Confirm that the computer is powered on.
- Try reconnecting the cable or using a different cable or port if available.
- Restart the computer and monitor.
If the issue persists, the graphics output or cable may need further inspection.
Active Off Mode occurs when the monitor does not detect a video signal from the connected device. Please check the following:
- Ensure the computer is turned on and not in sleep mode.
- Verify that the video cable is securely connected.
- Try reconnecting the cable or using a different input port. Restart the computer and monitor.
If the power LED on your monitor does not turn on, please check the following:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet. Verify that the power outlet is functioning by testing it with another device.
- Check that the monitor’s power button has been pressed and is not stuck.
- If you are using a power strip or surge protector, ensure it is switched on. If the LED still does not turn on after these checks, the monitor may require service.
Please contact customer support for further assistance.
This issue may be caused by electrical interference or incorrect signal settings.
To troubleshoot:
- Ensure the monitor cable is firmly connected.
- Move nearby electrical devices (speakers, power adapters, etc.) away from the monitor.
- Check that the correct refresh rate is selected in your display settings.
- Test with another cable or port if possible.
If the screen image is not centered or properly sized:
- Use the monitor’s Auto Adjust function in the on-screen display menu.
- Ensure the resolution is set to the monitor’s native resolution. Adjust horizontal and vertical position settings in the monitor menu if necessary.
If you notice dead or stuck pixels, these appear as very small dots that remain permanently black or show a constant color. A stuck pixel usually displays a single color (red, green, or blue), while a dead pixel remains black. You may try the following:
- Use pixel-fixing software or videos that rapidly cycle colors to attempt to reactivate stuck pixels.
- Avoid applying pressure to the screen, as this may cause additional damage.
- Check your monitor’s warranty terms, as replacement policies may apply if the number of defective pixels exceeds the allowable threshold.
If the issue persists, document the location and behavior of the pixel and contact customer support.
A fuzzy image or ghosting effect may be caused by incorrect resolution or signal interference. Please try the following:
- Set the display resolution to the monitor’s native resolution in your operating system settings.
- Check that the video cable is properly connected.
- Use high-quality cables where possible.
- Run the monitor’s Auto Adjust function (if available) from the on-screen display menu. If the issue continues, try another cable or graphics port.
You may notice differences in brightness, colour temperature, or contrast between two monitors of the same model. This can occur due to normal display and calibration tolerances. To reduce these differences, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Reset the settings of your AOC monitors
- Open the OSD (on-screen display) menu
- Navigate to: Extra > Reset > Yes
Step 2. Adjust the colour temperature
- Open the OSD menu
- Navigate to: Colour Setup
- Set Colour Temperature to Native or sRGB (depending on availability)
These steps can help align image performance more closely between units.
If one of the primary colors is missing or the image appears tinted, this may indicate a cable connection issue. Try the following steps:
- Check that the video cable is fully inserted on both ends. Inspect the cable and connectors for bent or damaged pins.
- Try another cable if available.
- Reset the monitor’s color settings via the on-screen display menu.
If white colors appear tinted or inaccurate, it may be due to incorrect color settings. Please try the following:
- Reset the monitor’s color settings through the on-screen display menu.
- Check the color temperature or color mode settings.
- Ensure the graphics card color settings in your operating system are not overriding the monitor’s settings.
- Test with another cable or device to rule out signal issues.
If your monitor or connected device includes a rechargeable battery and it is not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is properly connected.
- Verify the power source is functioning.
- Try a different cable or power adapter if available.
If the battery still does not charge, it may require service or replacement.
